My daughter Georgiana wanted to share some of her thoughts to all of you. Watch the video above hear all of her thoughts on crafts and work.

She loves crafts.

She loves watching her daddy work, and even has her own office space in his office.

Hard work is good.

We are the family who works hard.

She brought up some great points, and I totally agree with her. Hard work is important, and I believe it is one of the most vital skills that young people need to learn.

It is the one thing I really emphasize as a parent, and I am so lucky that my girls are learning the importance of it. People who work hard are those who are successful in the long run.
