I have been reflecting on this last week, and here are just a few of the great highlights.

Everyone has a story

During my Academic Life Coaching Sport class we were talking about the business side of life coaching and why we want to work with young people. I was so inspired by everything everyone was sharing, and it made me realize that everyone has a story.

Everyone has their own story to tell, and it has become so easy for people to share them with other people. I have been lucky enough to be able to share my story with all of you on this blog and with these videos, and I hope that everyone else goes out there and shares their stories too.

This is like living a dream

When you try to set up your life coaching practice and you begin to grow your business, everything starts to click. Your first life coaching client refers you to someone else, and before you know it, you have a great client base.

Now that I am through the startup of my coaching company, I have a client base, and I am leading multiple training calls a week, it really feels like I am living a dream. The process has been incredible, and I am so grateful for it. But I am looking forward to the next steps. For me, this means trying to do more speaking engagements and research.

For all of you coaches out there who are just starting out and thinking about starting your practice, remember that it is exponential. The beginning is the hardest part, but once you get past a certain point, it really does become easier.
