Trying On an Identity
I was walking through a store and saw a hat that I really liked. Chance that I’d actually buy it for myself: little to none.
But I liked trying it out. I put it on. I took it for a spin.
I saw a shirt that I probably wouldn’t buy for myself either.
I tried it on. I took it for a spin.
Like it or not, our clothes tell the world about our identity.
What I’m fascinated with: what identity our clothes tell us.
