I just finished up an interview Karen Steckler, the founder of HALO Partners. She works with people who are leaders of organizations. She helps them during high growth states, and works with them to improve team culture.

Our conversation really got me thinking about the value of taking an entrepreneur class. The skills that are necessary for being a successful entrepreneur are really the same skills that are necessary for being successful in life. Passion, proactivity, organization, multitasking, etc., are all valuable things that are needed in both the business-world and life in general.

These are the skills that young people need!
