I just had an amazing training session this morning! We talked about Core Motivation, a personality tool that I developed from the enneagram. This group that I was working with this morning is from all over the world, and it is so incredible to get to work with all of them.

The amazing thing about life coaching is that it goes beyond cultural boundaries. The tools that we discuss and the questions we ask are valuable no matter where you are on the globe. This is unbelievable to witness.

During our training sessions, I get so much joy from seeing everyone connecting on such a personal level, even though we are all from different parts of the world.

This is all possible because of technology and the internet. As technology continues to grow, and we are able to connect with more and more people across the globe, I think that cultural differences will become something to celebrate. We will realize that people, on a fundamental level, are all remarkably similar.
